Caramel Apples

Yummy! I LOVE caramel apples! This year I decided to make gourmet caramel apples for some friends and the kids' school teachers. I coated them in caramel & chocolate and then rolled them in chopped Snickers bars. Delicious!

Cornbelly's

Every year since we moved to Utah we've gone to Cornbelly's in October to play.

The kids love it and look forward to it every year.

Boot Camp

April, James and Me

We went to dinner last night at Tepanyaki to celebrate my little brother, James, graduating from military boot camp this last Friday, October 24th. There were more there than just the 3 of us but I forgot to take pictures until we were walking out the door...of course. James made it through 10 1/2 weeks of very tough training. He's now part of the Army National Guard. James, I am SO PROUD OF YOU and admire you for sticking through it to do something great for our country and for your family! You are so awesome!!!! I love you!

Girl's Night Out

A few nights ago me and some friend's had a Girl's Night Out. I haven't posted it til now cause I've been so dang sick the last couple of days. Still feeling sick this morning but not nearly as bad as before.

We went to Paradise Cafe. They had yummy food.

Rock Wall @ the Scarecrow Festival

Jordan almost made it to the top.

Haylee only made it up about 5 feet. But atleast she tried!

Zach made it all the way to the top and even touched the top of the "rock".

Scarface

Getting hurt...over and over and over again. A few days ago he got hurt on his forehead from his bike (somewhere he wasn't supposed to be), yesterday it was his chin from someone accidentally hitting him with a stick and this morning it was on the way to the bus stop on his lip.

Busy

Snow Day!

OK, So I WISH it were a snow day. I wouldn't have to get ready for church.....It snowed in the middle of the night last night and this is what we woke up to this morning. Too bad it was only a couple of inches. Isn't it so pretty? It doesn't usually snow this early in the fall. It'll be a cold Halloween!

My poor garden! I knew it might snow yesterday so I was planning to pick all of my tomatoes (there are a LOT) but I never did. I hope they'll be ok! =(

My little brother, Ross, was in town last week from Twin Palms. I went over to my step-mom, Maddy's, to see him. He's so cute. He's like a teddy bear. I love you to death Rossy!

Our Little Lehi Pionette

Haylee did a short little cheer/dance clinic last week taught by the Lehi Pionettes. She practiced hard Wednesday and Thursday and then got to cheer at half time at the LHS football game on Friday. She was so excited and so dang cute.

Spanky's Express

So things are getting a little more organized there at work. The hours are set. The food is SO good. We're open Monday-Thursday 11am-10pm and Saturday 11am-11pm. Closed Sundays. The weekends are still really busy but the weekdays have died down. Those of you who have been waiting for it to die down before you come in, now's your chance!

I enjoy working there. I work with a lot of fun people. Looking to get some more hours there. With the economy the way it is and only getting worse by the day...we can use all the money we can get right now.
